Vesta is a home management service. Think of it as having one trusted local person whose actual job is your house — someone who keeps track of what it needs, gets it handled, checks on it while you're busy or away, and picks up the phone when something goes wrong.
We run your home's project list
The repairs, upgrades, and "we should really get that fixed" items that never move. Tell us once. We scope it, price it, schedule it, and tell you when it's done.
We deal with the contractors
Plumber, HVAC, roofer, pool, pest, landscaper, handyman. We find them, get the quotes, meet them at the door, watch the work, and check it before anyone gets paid. You never wait around for a 9-to-5 window again.
We handle the small, annoying stuff
Filters, bulbs, batteries, trash bins in and out, packages off the porch, letting the cleaner in, waiting for the delivery. The ten-minute jobs that eat your Saturday.
We watch over the property
Regular walk-throughs inside and out, with photos and notes after every visit. We catch the slow leak, the dead A/C, the dripping water heater while it's still cheap to fix — whether you're at the office or in Michigan for the summer.

Storm Season Ready
Shutters up before the cone shifts — storm prep and shutter coordination from Tier 2 up. Post-storm assessment and photos the moment it's safe to be outside. We're the first set of eyes on your home.
Mail & Packages
Collected off the porch and tucked inside. No stack of boxes announcing that nobody's home, no rain-soaked envelopes, no "delivered" notification you can't do anything about.
24-Hour Response
