We learned the trade in hospitality
We've spent our careers managing properties here in Broward. Hospitality teaches you to notice the drip before it's a leak, and to have a home ready before anyone asks.

We built the systems behind it
More homes meant a real routine: regular inspections, a bench of vendors we trust, a storm-season checklist. Somewhere along the way it was clear other homeowners could use the same thing.

Tanner Friend
Tanner bought his first property in Maryland at 16 and has been looking after homes ever since. He has spent a decade in South Florida hospitality, including helping open two of Greater Fort Lauderdale's most iconic hotels: the guitar-shaped tower that reshaped the skyline, and a luxury oceanfront landmark on Fort Lauderdale Beach. He brings that culture of luxury hospitality to the Vesta team: details handled before you notice them, and service that feels personal.
